TeaWithKyle salon edits

Now that the festive season is out the way for another year and following a surprisingly busy January its time to get the salon edits back on the road.

For the fist instalment of 2018 we'll be tasting, exploring some incredible new tea teas coming out of the Nilgiri Hills in southwest India this season. Whilst famous for the rare Nilgiri Frost tea (which wont be ready until mid-March) there are some exciting and entirely new teas coming from my producer there this year. Having built a new factory and development centre, they're producing beautifully crafted and unique teas, including some entirely new creations such as the green Nilgiri Bamboo tea which I'm just totally in love with.

I'll also of course be performing a Japanese Tea Ceremony temae so we can have a mindful and meditative interlude during the evening. The theme will be seasonal, so here's hoping the…
